"Great Villa with private pool for family with children"

My family n friend stayed at the Ajuna Villa (2 bedroom), truly enjoyed our stay there. The other 3 bedroom villas look super great too. The private pool was great and my son loved splashg in it. We went to the beach which is just in front of the villa.

Room service food was super yummy n service was nice too, special thanks to our butler Mr Kadek Sumadi. Thanks to all other staffs whom have help to fix our aircon and other needs during our stay.We also enjoyed their package for spa n candle light dinner.

Overall stay was great !!! Will consider staying their 3 bedroom villa for next trip.

"Couldnt have asked for more."

We stayed in the Arjuna suite which was amazing.

We read in the past that people have shared the villas but this was not the case for us as we had the place to ourselves.

What can I say, the place had everything we could want and the staff were always on hand to help.

Khadak, the guy that looked after us thought of everything. From transport into sanur to tanah lot

The pool is totally amazing and one of the best parts about the villa. Its right on the coast line and is great to just sit back and relax.

The villas were really clean and they made sure we were stocked on towels and essentials. We stayed for 7 nights without a single problem. Everything we asked for they seem to go out of there way to provide.

The meals were ok from the hotel but we found ourselves either walking into sanur or catching a taxi which the villa will call or they will offer to run you in. The price difference is nothing

The villas is a nice 30min walk from the supermarket and is a straight shot down the beech. I would advise walking in low tide and in the day.

The security is ever present on the road and beech. We never locked our villa and nothing ever got taken.

The beach is black sand and the only con is it is not the cleanest. There are lots of comments about the sea and the big waves. This is true but if you walk further down or up you will see there is parts where the water is heavily nullified and great for swimming.

There is a resteraunt about 10 mins ride or 25 min walk from the hotel that has Dolphins. It also serves really good icecream

Hardys is the big supermarket chain in sanur and has everything you want. We bought a lot of bottle water there. A taxi from Hardys to the villa should set you back about 80k but they will try and get 150k out of you and give you rubbish about how far it is. I think the best bit of advice is everything is negotiable. Bluebird cabs always use a meter and its never above 80k.

Some of the other cabs are around 100k pre-negotiated. I would honestly not show them the hotel card just give them the general Location. The price will go up as soon as they see it.

All in all was a great place to stay. Is totally peaceful and we had an amazing experience

So thank you khadak and team

"Peaceful"

The villa is a bit deep and far but it was all worth it.We had a few issues with the aircon flow on the ground level, and the temperature of the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold . The whole place was so peaceful and the private pool was amazing overall we all had a great time . Writing this review on behalf of my friend .

"Very attractive and peaceful area"

My family stayed at the Bima villa at Pandawa for 6 days. On arrival the pool was warm, the rooms clean and the staff friendly and keen to please. My error was to not have arranged a car through the hotel to collect us from the ariport, as the private car whcih I eventually agreed to go with demanded US$100 when he finally got us to the hotel, after making several calls to his friends to find out where it was. Naturally I did not give him US$100, but the necessity to engage in some hard haggling at the start of the trip was disappointing (but my own fault!). A fair price was US$25. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts, although the room service meals were otherwise lacking in variety and a complete lack of local options. We made use of the kitchen and found everything in our villa worked well. A great holiday destination.

"Worth what you pay"

Location - These Villas are as they state. Beach front & it is an amazing view. Location wise, you are situated quite far away from Sanur which with traffic can be a tedious drive. There is absolutely nothing close by so I would advise you go to the grocery store & stock up on nibbles, drinks, milk etc.

Villa - The Villas have all the potential to be absolutely amazing! But they have not been looked after that well, so the sea air has taken its toll. So some doors wouldnt open (rusted out) mouldy couches etc. BUT if you can look past that, the Villas were still lovely & comfortable enough. The Villa is very poorly equipped - so limited cooking & dining utensils. However the price we paid is still great despite a few grievances. ** We stayed for New Years here & WOW, what a spot to watch all the fire works along the coast, Lombok & on the beach right in front of us. Once it was over our area returned to its quiet self. We did have a quite a few locals quite openly walking into our private beach access gawking at us in our villas - nothing to be worried about but there was a lack of privacy & security (we were assured were present) is questionable.

Food - Not the greatest & needs improving. There is nothing close by & the Villas are too far out for delivery service. So we were forced to eat in & for the price, it wasnt that good. Cold, small meals, chewy steak, over cooked chicken & average in taste. We have been spoilt though so in comparison to other places & restaurants Pandawa was so far the least enjoyable. BUT it was ok, & served its purpose.

Service - Good. Friendly but at times there were a lot of random people around not in uniforms so I wasnt sure if they were staff or not. While they left us we did experience staff just coming in to attend to the villa but without asking first. Pool maintenance etc. Not really an issue for us. But may be for some.

Pool - This was probably the best part of the villas. The pool was amazing & the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact we all did! So this did help to pass the time in a lovely setting.

General - Due to the lack of security and the rooms being pavilion style beach front we were not comfortable with kids sleeping by themselves so one parent had to sleep in one room with kids while the other parent was in another room with kids also. The dining room (was its own room) was extremely hot (no air con) & because the main glass door was rusted closed, no breeze got through. Bit disappointing as that was the only common space.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, but we wouldnt go back there though if we were to return.

"Spacious and beautiful as the photos"

Was so looking forward to stay in this villa after i saw the picture on the internet, and the view and pool are just as wonderful as i expected. Nice staff, american breakfast is good and is full enough for us to skip lunch. We made a special request for the Sahadewa Villa and the pool and garden are so beautiful , we just spent our days to relax and took many many photos.

indeed no restaurant around, only circle K in the main road (may take ard 20mins by walking) so before we arrived the Villa we bought the food/snack/drinks that we need from the supermarket in Kuta. Some flys and ants so you have to cover up our food if you leave it on the table. Yet overall it was a wonderful stay, and it definitely worth for what i pay.

"Absolutely Wonderful Slice of Paradise"

We stayed at Pandawa for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. If youre looking for a private, tranquil, relaxing, and customized experience (catered food, service upon call...anything you need) right along the beach, getting a villa at Pandawa is the right thing for you. Its a wonderful place to host a party as well (common spaces are large). Activities in the area include water sports and horse back riding, and the friendly staff is willing to arrange really anything you desire to do (theyll even take you to Kuta for a night out). Thank you so much to Wayan, Marty, Maya, Kaltec, Jay, the masseuses and the rest of the local staff for making our stay so special.

"Peaceful and private"

This very small villa is in a peaceful setting right on the beach. If you want to get away from all the hustle of Bali then this is it. The rooms are well equipped and large. It is on the black beach but the private pool over looks the ocean right on you door step. You will need to use taxis to get to Sanur just a few kilometers away. The small restaurant has a limited menu but very tasty meals with the chef cooking for you right near the table.

"Beautiful beach front villa, tranquil setting"

Stunning, tranquil villas, 15-20 min drive from the hustle and bustle of Sanur, on the black volcanic sand beach of Ketewel. Lovely, private pool with beach view. Excellent service from our attentive butlers who looked after us, brought us breakfast, booked our activites - yoga class at the villa, traditional cooking class in Ubud, motorbike cross country riding and drove us around.
